Why Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) Is Willing To Delay Release Of The Surface Pro 5

Microsoft will feature the Intel processor Kaby Lake in its next generation Surface Pro

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) plans to announce its next generation Surface Pro in mid-2016, but the latest rumors speculate that the technology giant is ready to delay its release. New rumors indicate that Microsoft Surface Pro will be powered by the processor for the next generation of Intel, called "Kaby lake." However, Intel plans to launch its Kaby Lake processor in early 2017, which means that Microsoft also wait until then to release its surface Pro 5. This is taking the country by calling why Microsoft is willing to delay the release of the Pro surface 5.

If the rumors are true and Microsoft has decided to provide its surface 5 Pro with an Intel Lake Kaby then the delay processor must be worthwhile. This is because virtually Kaby Lake processor better in all aspects of the Pro 5 surface compared to its predecessor, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4. While the current surface Pro 4 has received positive reviews and is a great device all- round, but has its flaws. The biggest disappointment of the surface 4 Pro is the average battery life, but the gain Lake Kaby processor power efficiency definitively solve the biggest problem of the Pro 4 surface.

As for the specifications Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Go, the most reliable sources are speculating that will sport a 4K screen. It is no secret that the display of the actual surface Pro 4 is great just the way it is, but competitors like Apple and Google are working on bringing their own devices compatible new generation of 4K. So Microsoft can not afford to be left behind. In addition, the surface Pro 5 is also rumored to feature a powerful 16 GB of RAM will make it much faster than its predecessor. It is also logical to understand why the rumors speculate that the surface coming Pro 5 to introduce the latest AMD or Nvidia GPU. More speculated specifications for the Pro surface 5 points for fast charging port USB type C, fingerprint reader and integrated charging station for the included stylus.

It is surprising that Microsoft could wait until early 2017 to clean the Pro 5 surface, especially because one of its biggest rivals, Apple is set to release its next-generation MacBook Pro. However, if the software giant is true that, by delaying the release of its surface with Intel Pro 5 Kaby lake, which can provide a much better device on the market processor, the wait should be worth it. Nothing is confirmed and we'll all just have to wait to see what Microsoft has for us all. We only hope that Microsoft knows what it does and that the delay is worth the wait.
